KLRCA has a resource centre that currently houses over 450 textbooks, various arbitration journals and key local law reports.
At the moment, the Resource Centre carries the latest titles from key authorities on arbitration such as Redfern and Hunter, Russell, Peter Binder, Keating, Geoff Bayley and many more. Aside from arbitration, the Resource Centre is also a repository for publications on other types of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods (ADR). New titles are being added regularly.
Users of KLRCA’s Resource Centre will also be able to find the latest local judgments and rulings as reported in the Common Law Journal and Malaysian Law Journal. More recently, the centre has upgraded its content to also include key construction law authorites i.e. full sets of the Building Law Report, International Construction Law Review and Construction Industry Law Letter.
As it is KLRCA’s vision to rise to become a hub for international arbitration, the Resource Centre is also currently increasing its inventory on publications by international arbitral bodies such as the ICCA, ICC and UNCITRAL. Presently, the Resource Centre is able to provide a collection of ICC Arbitral Awards from 1974-2007.
Users and visitors of the Resource Centre will also be able to enjoy access to cutting edge online databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, Kluwer Arbitration and Global Arbitration Review. Printing and photocopying services are also available.
The KLRCA Resource Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am till 5.00 pm.
